Specialty traps
We employ specialty skunk traps that removes completely the skunks ability to want to spray (by 80%). We also use soft handling methods and non aggressive behaviors. This trapping method produces the best result in removing a skunk.
Skunk Damage
Skunks do several things that can cause damage around your home. First they do something called grubbing where they dig a golf ball size hole to remove a worm or a grub as part of their foraging process. Second is their den site. They like to dig den sites under your foundation, which can cause structural weaknesses and damage property. And third they carry zoological diseases like rabies that can affect your family and pets.
Also let's not forget about the smell because no one likes that.

Unfortunately Skunks are subject to
Statewide Quarantine of the Texas Administrative Code Title 25 RULE §169.34.
As a licensed wildlife control operator I am bound to this law. But I will do everything I can to guarantee that it is a last resort to resolve the conflict with the animal.
