Our raccoon removal process
Raccoon Removal
Our first step in the removal process is to set up a one-way door to passively remove the raccoon and force it to find an alternate den site. If this turns out to be unsuccessful we will start pursuing the raccoon with trapping means and methods and forcibly relocated them from the structure.
Damage Repair
After we have confirmed the raccoon has been removed from the structure we will start the repair process using materials that will not allow any additional raccoons to make entry. Since these animals are remarkably strong we use hard materials like sheet metal to permanently seal the structure from further entry.

Unfortunately raccoons are subject to
Statewide Quarantine of the Texas Administrative Code Title 25 RULE §169.34.
As a licensed wildlife control operator I am bound to this law. But I will do everything I can to guarantee that it is a last resort to resolve the conflict with the raccoon.
