Rats
Brown Rats (Norway rat) are some of the most successfully invasive species on our planet. They can be found on every continent other than Antarctica. They can cause catastrophic plumbing and electrical damage to your home as well as spreading zoological diseases to humans and pets. They are the most common rodent found in the DFW metroplex.
Mice
The common house mouse and field mouse also known as a deer mouse. Even though they are not as damaging as rats they can still cause lots of problems in your home from electrical issues to food contamination as well as spreading zoological diseases.

These pesky little rodents have been the bane of existence for every gardener across multiple continents. From damaging your lawn to ruining your flower bed to completely devastating your vegetable garden these evasive little rodents are tailored towards destruction.
Breed Rate
Rodents can have a litter size between 4 and 12 pups every 21 days. They can also immediately become pregnant after, and in 21 days have an additional litter. The offspring become sexually active in three months and can have litters of their own. Left unchecked and in favorable conditions a single breeding pair has the capability of producing 15,000 individuals per year. Counting the offspring and their offspring. This is a problem that does not go away on its own. The sooner we know, the easier it is to fix and less expensive.

We follow the five step process noted on the homepage. We use a variety of live catch and snap traps depending on the situation. For areas that people and pets have access to I use humane live catch traps that will cause no harm. For un-accessible areas like attics and crawlspaces I use snap traps for quick humane dispatch.
